The MISSION of CMI is founded on the Global Service strategy and aspires to:

  • Acquire procurements and services orders, by concluding contracts with public and private costumers.
  • Propose itself as sole customer contact figure for the management of no core activities that the customer plans to entrust to an external entity, providing its services in terms global service and assuming full accountability for the result.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the contractual obligation by means of the facility, the equipment and the staff of the consortium members to which CMI entrusts the performance of the service.
  • Support the Consortium members for the improvements of the quality of service and the corporate organisation.

Thanks to the basic principles of its mission, which have been achieved throught a continuos process of specialisation, Consorzio Multiservizi Integrati has gained major awards in a short timespace with the acquisition of important orders concerning the supplied services.
From 1st January 2016 CMI adopts an internal CODE OF ETHICS according to the 231 organization, management and control models and, since June 2016, it is registered on the portal of the market competition guarantor for the issue of the legality rating
> CMI Consortium complies with ISO 9001 2008 and therefore respects a series of rules and guidelines that identify the requirements for the implementation of a quality management system
> CMI Consortium complies with ISO 14001 2004, certification that identifies an environmental management standard and sets the requirements for having an environmental management system in any organization
> CMI Consortium complies with the BS OHSAS 18001 2007 standard, certification attesting the voluntary application, within an organization, of a system that allows to guarantee adequate control with regard to the Safety and Health of Workers
> CMI Consortium complies with the international SA 8000 standard, aimed at certifying some aspects of company management related to corporate social responsibility. These are:
 respect for human rights,
respect for workers,
protection against the exploitation of minors,
the guarantees of safety and health at work.
