For some years CMI, thanks to the professionalism demonstrated in the management of sanitizations or movements in important food industries, has first developed with some customers, and subsequently implemented, the management of some production departments / streams in-house at the food factories.
These activities built in compliance with the rules on the genuineness of contracts, is carried out in complete autonomy with receipt of the goods to be processed and redelivery of the same on the basis of orders to be processed by the customer.
CMI in order to guarantee the customer on the genuineness of the stipulated contract can, at the client's request, perform the certification of the activities carried out at BILATERAL ENTITIES. The outsourcing of these processes to CMI has allowed the customer to no longer deal with flexibility and personnel management as the problem of managing any production downturns while maintaining the quality and professionalism necessary for carrying out these processes. For this purpose, CMI employs staff with decades of experience in managing production and quality flows of the food industry, proposing itself as a qualified interlocutor for the customer.
